As a child, Lyla Cross stumbled upon one of the five elemental orbs. However, she soon found out that the orb belonged to a secret organization. Truce and Curt Liner were sent to retrieve it, and they proceeded to kidnap Lyla in their attempts to reclaim the orb. Now, 16-year-old Elijah Cross is entrusted with the task of finding and rescuing his mother (Lyla) while also protecting the orb that is now in his possession.
